Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is very simple, just browse out store and add any items you wish to buy into your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.
We will then phone you during shop hours for your card payment details, and confirm the stock of all items ordered. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock it will be back ordered for you. You will always be advised as to how long it is expected for the item to come into stock. However if you would rather not wait you have the option to cancel.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order out within a day of the order having been placed.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Privacy Policy
Ghyllside Cycles do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website no credit card details are taken, instead we will phone you for your card details during shop hours.

Or if you are paying using paypal, you will be transferred to their secure server to complete payment details.
