Once you have placed your order it is processed by us and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be notified at each stage of your order via e-mail.
Pending: Your order has been received by our system and is awaiting to be processed by our sales team. Processing: We will contact you for your payment details and process them once your order is ready to ship. Backorders are not charged until they are shipped, these can be cancelled if you would rather not wait. Preparing Paypal IPN If you have paid using paypal, this stage shows the transaction is being completed, and once payment is complete your order will be dispatched. Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping for all orders over £100 and for orders under £100 a £5.00 charge.
Free shipping and shipping charges quoted are for delivery to UK mainland addresses, for costs to other destinations please email or phone.
Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected. The dispatch note will also be icluded with the parcel even if you have chosen a different delivery address. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Additional ID may be requested to ensure that your order reaches you securely. We use Royal Mail parcel post and the City Link Courier service. The customer will be notified of any items on back order and these will be dispatched as they arrive with no delivery charge.
